These terms do not remove or restrict any statutory rights you have as a consumer. When a written quotation, booking confirmation or project agreement contains more specific terms, those project-specific terms will apply to that work.
About the service
Create My Voice Reel provides voice reel consultation, script guidance, performance direction, recording, editing, sound design, mastering and related resources. The exact combination of services depends on the package or written quotation agreed with you.
Website information
Reasonable care is taken to keep package information, prices and descriptions accurate. Website content is general information and does not guarantee a particular casting, representation or employment outcome. A voice reel is a professional marketing tool, but decisions by agents, clients and casting teams remain outside our control.
Enquiries and recommendations
A package recommendation is based on the information you provide and is not binding until a booking is accepted. Please tell us about relevant access needs, deadlines, technical limitations or delivery requirements before confirming the project.
Bookings and payment
A booking is confirmed when the required payment or deposit has been received and the project has been accepted. The remaining balance, payment timetable and recording arrangements will be confirmed personally. Payments made through Stripe are also subject to Stripe's checkout terms and privacy notice.
Scheduling and attendance
Recording dates are arranged after booking. Please arrive or connect on time and follow any preparation or technical instructions supplied. If you need to change a date, contact us as early as possible. Rescheduling, cancellation and any associated cost will be handled reasonably in light of notice given, work already completed, non-recoverable costs and the project-specific agreement.
Consumer cancellation rights
Where a statutory cooling-off right applies to a distance service contract, it will be respected. If you ask for work to start during a cancellation period, you may be responsible for the value of work properly completed before cancellation, where the law permits. Creative process and revisions
Voice reel production is collaborative and involves creative judgement. The included preparation, recording scope, editing and revision allowance will be explained for the selected package. Additional recording, new scripts, substantial changes of direction or revisions outside the agreed scope may require an additional fee and schedule.
Client responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate information, attending agreed sessions, using a suitable remote recording environment where relevant, reviewing material within agreed timescales and ensuring that any material you supply can lawfully be used.
Rights in recordings and materials
Once agreed fees have been paid, you may use the final delivered voice reel to promote your acting and voiceover work. Raw sessions, project files, production templates, unused edits and working materials remain the property of their creator unless otherwise agreed in writing. Scripts and third-party materials may carry separate rights or usage limits.
Portfolio use
Completed work will not be publicly presented as a named client sample without an appropriate basis or agreement. Where permission is given, that permission can be limited or withdrawn for future use by contacting us.
Service quality and liability
Services will be supplied with reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Subject to those rights, Create My Voice Reel is not responsible for indirect losses or for decisions made by agents, casting teams, platforms or other third parties.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in England and Wales, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
